The Expedition Express+ features an XLR-1/4" combo input for mic-/line-level sources such as the supplied dynamic microphone, a 1/4" input for mono line-level devices, and a USB port to accommodate a Samson XPD wireless microphone system (available separately). The onboard three-channel mixer offers adjustable volume per channel and master 2-band EQ so you can quickly balance levels and shape the tone of your mix. The durable polypropylene enclosure sports an integrated carry handle for ease of transport and a pole socket to allow convenient mounting atop a speaker stand. |
The XPD2 offers simple setup, professional full-range audio, and 100' of wireless operation. The RXD2 USB stick receiver connects directly to Windows or Mac computers, or with any Samson Expedition Series portable PA system (sold separately) that features a USB wireless port. A 1/8" output allows for headphone monitoring or connection to any device with an analog line input, including smartphones and other mobile devices.
Furthermore, the XPD2 wireless system delivers audio via digital transmission, which enables the DE5 micro headset microphone and PXD1 bodypack transmitter to send an uncompressed signal to the receiver. The result is greater signal-to-noise when compared to a traditional wireless system, and a performance that sounds as good as using a wired microphone. |
The XP300 is ideal for education, business and house of worship applications because users with limited PA experience can set it up quickly and efficiently. With Bluetooth® connectivity to wirelessly stream audio from laptops, tablets and smartphones, the XP300 is also perfect for presentations, parties and karaoke. The XP300 includes a USB Wireless port for integrating Samson's XPD USB Digital Wireless Systems (sold separately), now available in handheld, headset and lavalier configurations.
Musicians and sound operators alike will appreciate some of the XP300's more advanced features such as a phantom power for condenser microphones, selectable digital effects, a Sub output for integrating active subwoofers and 2-band (Bass and Treble) EQ on all input channels. These features make the XP300 perfect for cocktail and acoustic performances. The XP300 speaker enclosures feature 1 3/8" speaker stands mounts, as well as a tilt-back design that allows them to be used as stage monitors. Connections couldn't be simpler: route your mixer or interface into the MicroStation BT's two 1/4" balanced inputs. Then, route sound to the speaker outputs over the 1/4" jacks. Two ways to connect your music This speaker system differs from the similarly sized Kanto YU4 in one major way — it offers only the connections you're most likely to use, with a price savings to match. There's a stereo RCA input on the back for making a wired connection to an outboard component, and solid built-in Bluetooth 4.2 for streaming music. And if you want — or even need — a little more bass, there's a subwoofer output on the back. Smart power saving You can engage the speakers' standby mode, and they'll remain active in low-power mode waiting for input. When you start playing music again, the system automatically returns to full power and starts to play. |
